Hi Laura, good luck with work tomorrow. I hope you don't have to work a full day or hopefully there is somewhere you can rest if you get too tired.

Welcome Sunlight! I apologize if you didn't get a PM, I may have missed a few. We had way too many pages over there to go through one by one. I'm glad you made it. I hope you and ds feel better soon.

Catnapper - I am thinking happy thoughts that your day flies by

Rodswife - I'm sorry you are faced with such a tough decision. Certainly difficult but monumentally important. Does this mean you would also be adopting your step-son and his girlfriend? I can see how that could be a stressful proposition on one hand but what a gift for the child. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Well, I tossed and turned again last night so here I am with a mega headache! I see the doctor to have my thyroid re-checked on Friday, I sure hope that's my problem. Have a great Saturday everyone!

Kathy- Thank you for this site and this place to chat it up.
bookah- Thank you for getting us here.

I have a question. I am considering a tummy tuck in the future but would like to know what they do and how long it takes to recover. I know some of you guys had it done with your hysterectomy and was wondering if you could help a hysterbelly out.

Rodswife - I know this will be a very tough decision for you. You have to do what you feel is right for your family. I am sorry about your step son and his underage girlfriend's predicament but are they coming up with this option so you have the responsibility but they still get to see their baby? Good luck with everything and we are here for you.
I am sending you hugs.

For everyone else. Good morning and I hope everyone enjoys their Saturday. I know it is suppose to be really nice up here in the Poconos. I for one will only be resting today to see if I can make my swelly belly go down and reduce the pain. Tomorrow I will have to run around with dh (even though dh said he will do most of the errands without me to let me rest) to finish up everything my son needs for his play. He has a dress rehearsal on Monday. I do have a question. Yesterday after going with dh to the dr I stopped by a beauty supply store to get some type of red dye for his hair. They had the spray on which the girl said would run if he sweats and the semi permanent which I was going to buy but did not. The girl said (and so did the directions) that I would have to dye his hair blond first which neither I or him want to do. He does not want a wig. Anyone have any suggestions. At this point I am just going to get the spray on and see how it looks. I was told it will look reddish brown.

Well I managed to get a few hours of sleep last night. I don't think it was enough, but it was better than nothing. I wandered all over the house Goldilocks style. I slept in my office on the daybed, then the sofa in the living room, then the bottom bunk of my youngest son's room, then the office again. I just couldn't get comfortable. I did not want to sleep next to anyone and give them whatever germs I have been fighting, I'm selfish like that. Ugh!

I still don't have a voice and am walking aroung with a notepad in my pocket today to communicate. I am not going to say anything to anyone! The only words I will utter will be "yes" when George Clooney comes to take me away, and "Good-bye" as I wave to the annoying family I currently reside with.

Hi everyone. Today just started for me so we will see how good it will be. I am going with my sister and all the girls we have to some new place that has a grand opening with free food and face paiting. I think when I get back I will go for a walk with my older teen dd. I am going to take it slow one day at a time with walking. Well hope all my sisters have a great weekend talk to you later bye!
