If it is bright red and more than spotting I would call your DR. You have been lucky--I am the one that has been spotting since the surgery without a break. They blame it on stitches dissolving-but what I don't understand is all my sisters have stitches but they aren't spotting.

Hi Sisters,

I really feel for you all ....they seem very long hours of work and that concerns me. My thoughts and hugs to you all.

Runplenty Happy Birthday! I hope you have a lovely day.

Viteacher best of luck with the oral surgeon. Let us know how you get on.

Ellen54 Gosh! You really did have a rough day..I hope you are not suffering too much. My hugs to you with warmth and love. Please be careful.

Amytune I know what you mean about the exercises..when I tried doing them the first time it hurt like hell and I stopped immediately and stuck with the walking. I do an hour everyday and its brilliant. It really works for me.

I am so pleased with the way it is going for me at the moment. Yesterday I managed to wash up, hoover three rooms, wash the kitchen and bathroom floor, do three lots of washing, a bit of gardening, and do a simple dinner without any serious pain at all this morning. It does half feel good to be doing the normal things again.

I think I can start doing a little bit of decorating in the other house sometime next week but at least I don't have to do all the hours most of you are doing to begin with. Of course I do need to get back into my full days of work very soon which tend to be from 8am till 9 or 10pm because of the two mortgages!

Well my sisters I'll be thinking of you all today. Take care.

Edleger and Teacher30 I am really surprised you are both still getting blood spotting...it doesn't sound right to me. I had only four days of blood spotting in the first two weeks. Please get it checked out with your Doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.

Take care.

I did go to the DR and he said that it is from the stitches dissolving. It is becoming less and less--it suprises me when it feels like it. I will be 6 weeks post-op on Friday. Between this and the extra weight I am feeling crabby right now. Sorry -needed to vent

Runplenty, I have no ovaries and am very weepy. If I don't cry today it will be miracle. This is my first day back and I am leaving right after I send this.

Angelika, Even on a good day, I don't know if I could do all that you did!
Adleger, I have been spotting on and off fot the past six weeks, Dr. said normal...
Viteacher - weepy right along with ya! not only have I cried everyday - even when I laugh I cry now... Tears seem very automatic!
I go for my 6 week post op tomorrow - I am a little nervous, I think I might have an infection of some sort cause it kinda smells downunder. We shall see. I so much want to be realeased to be able to exercise and have sex and get on with life, but I know I have to be patient!

Zellabella, I am really sorry to hear how you are feeling....honestly I think it is the long walks I have every day that is helping me to get stronger physically. Also, I have been very careful since the op and I have been building all this up with the house chores slowly since then and I think that was what helped me. No I am not without the aches and niggly pain here and there but it is bearable. If anything it just made me feel useful and now I am taking a complete rest today. So I still have to be very careful.

I feel for you emotionally as I have been the same on and off but it is getting easier now. Please feel free to say how you are feeling...it helps to share.

Best of luck for tomorrow....it sounds as if you have got the infection. I had three different infections when I first came home and it took 4 weeks to clear it and the thrush which is additional to all those infections keeps returning...third attack so far!! I had a terrible smell down below back then. Tell your doctor about it tomorrow.

I know just how you feel, wanting to get on with life, have sex and excercise!...I have had some very diffiuclt days where I just wanted to scream and yes it does take a lot of patience! I am trying so hard to get there too. My love and hugs go out to you. Take care.
