Hi Yomiss and Hawaii!
I haven't noticed a protrusion from my vagina, but I did have one before my bladder sling, which I had done last year. I was thinking the same thing as Hawaii, maybe your bladder/ a cystocele? Any difficulty holding your urine or pain? My problem before was stress incontinence. I also had discomfort with intercourse. Anyway, if it is concerning, call and ask your Dr. That is what we are paying them for.
Yomiss...thanks for the warm wishes! I would like to find a "cat whisperer" right now. I have 3 cats, ages 10yrs, 3yrs, and 6-7 months. We just had the kitten s p ayed and declawed. She is peeing all over the house!! I understand that she is miserable right now, after all she had a TAH/BSO also....but, MAN..Cat pee STINKS!!! I'm finding more and more stuff each day that she has peed on! Bless her heart, she is making me crazy!

Have you tried using tinfoil on the places where you don't want the kitty to Pee - they hate the tinfoil and they won't do their business there. I'm still tired too fast! but I do feel a bit better each day
Glad to hear that the weather is getting better as we do

Hi everyone, hope all is well. I'm so glad some of you are still posting. I'm doing well but still get tired especially at the end of the day and have that hateful swellybelly!! I'd been steadily losing weight before the surgery and now have stayed the same weight even though I'm doing the same exercises and eating well, what's up with that!! I wonder if it's the premarin?
Yomiss- I'm not wealthy either it can be pretty cheap to play golf in Montana and it's something DH and I like to do together, (I kicked his butt today ) Hope your Bailey is behaving himself, (maybe the neighbor dog said something mean.) We have 3 dogs and the two females occasionally fight and it always flips us out like they're going to kill each other but they somehow work it out.
Hope everyone else is doing well, welcome 12abcde Lorri

scatterbeary - I don't remember my cats peeing everywhere after getting fixed. I had a boy cat develop blockage and have to be hospitalized, and he was leaving little tiny puddles on hard surfaces. Maybe the kitty has a bladder infection? That would suck!

There always seems to be something to remind me that I've had surgery. The side laproscopic incisions are still a little tender, even though they look fine.

I have a 14 hour travel day coming up in a few weeks that I'm a little nervous about. If sitting on a church pew for 2 hours for a play can be uncomfortable, how bad will the flights be?

Other than that, I'm still doing pretty well. I even made it out to the gym to exercise yesterday I'm still trying to be careful with the "core", and I can't do walking lunges with hand weights yet, but I'm progressing. I need to get rid of the cookie flab

Hi everyone, Just got home from work and checking in on my sistas. Love dogsand golf - you're so funny..so you kicked dh's butt on the golf course...yuk yuk yuk...Lately dh and I have been arguing about the lamest things. I admit, however, I am acting dittsy or forgetful like. Then he loses it like a man only can, and I just calmly say, look there's really bigger problems than worrying about forgetting to buy Poland Spring water. so you get it the next time Duh!
thanks for your dog advice. Bailey is a block head with big paws and he LOVES to dig, then stick his paws in the hole.? Kayla, the female, looks like she wears high heels and her ears at least go up straight unlike Bailey's bouncy floppy ears. Scatterbeary it sounds like little baby cat is angry at you and wants to be the king of the hill..isn't cat pee the worst ever??? Thanks Hawaii...I think mine is b/c I gave birth to a 9 lb. baby and that's what happened. I feel funny calling my very busy ob/gyn and asking him that, "yo hey doc, why does it look like part of my vagina is sticking out??" yuk yuk Hey my Premarin is helping..I feel a bit less flushed each day and night..but is anybody else acting forgetful at all?? Or am I just spacing out when dh asks me to do something. Lately I'm in trouble w/ him all the time b/c I'm simply spacing thru his copious instructions. uh oh..my bad later ladies

Great to hear that everyone is well on their way to recovery. I'm feeling really good & slowly but surely I'm starting to feel like my old self. I'm still battling with swelly belly and fatigue but I now see the light at the end of the tunnel. Yomiss: I barely remember my own name lately - I have become a complete "ditz" since surgery - my dh thinks she may have taken some brain cells during surgery - LOL! I haven't started any "core" exercises either but have been walking 3 miles several times a week so hoping that helps strengthen my non-existent tummy muscles. The hot flashes are better but still battling with night sweats. I may up my dosage of Estriodole if I don't see an improvement. DH thinks my personality has changed but in reality after going through this I just think my tolerance level has gone way down - I just don't have time for the piddly stuff any more.

I agree with you on the piddly stuff - that changes our perspectives - as for the brain drain - i was told to up my estradiol slightly and that has been helping!
