I'm really tired

Hi all...

It's six weeks today since my TVH. I went back to work on the 19th, and feel all in all ok. My legs are very swollen and I am just pooped at the end of the day. Wow, didn't think I'd feel this tired. Also finding my belly is always very swollen and won't go away???

I had some blood work done, and it says that my blood platlets went from 601 to 661 last week. I was told that it is very high, but nothing further from the family Doctor.

I see my GYN next Tuesday for my post-op check up...maybe she can give me more insight.

If anyone can give me any insight I'd be soooo happy.

Take care all

I'm really tired

I am fortunate in that I work for my husband in his business so went back to work very slowly. At six weeks I was still exhausted--now at 13 weeks am still tired, but feeling much better. I still have swelly belly in the evening, but I did start seeing some improvement at about 9 weeks. I think we are just taking a little longer than some to feel better. Hope everything is alright with your blood work and you are feeling better soon.

I'm really tired

I am 6 weeks post op and I am getting ready to go back to work on Monday not looking forward to it. Wish I could stay home for another 2 weeks so I can enjoy and keep getting pampered.
