Has anyone found a herb or vitamin for brain fog?

I have found that taking adequate B vitamins and omega-3 in fish oil caps to help a lot. I take a mutivitamin that's for women over 50 (has the extra B's), fish oil caps, fiber caps, zinc, calcium, and magnesium every day. I take more calcium and magnesium at night and I swear it helps me sleep. I don't take ridiculously high amounts of any of these.

If you are looking for something that you can take for immediate relief, try Rhodiola. It's awesome!
