ah, thanks for your concern. I know I should go to my family doc. but I don't even want to think about doctors for a while. If I am not feeling better by tomorrow I will go.

Yes I have stomach muscle I never knew I had. It stinks

I shouldn't have tried to fold those towels straight out of the dryer last night.. that kinda of stunk.
Makes sense to me! I would feel the same way. I would want to make sure I'm healed and ready to return to normal activity. Maybe your dr. will say something like..."Everything seems to be healing normal. I think one more week and you can return to normal activity." If dr. doesn't offer that maybe you should ask him/her about waiting another week because 6 weeks is the standard for release. My dr. was adament(sp?) that the last 2 weeks (5-6) are as important and I should not jip my body that opportunity to heal and rest. My 6 week post op is on my 6 week anniversary (5/8) I hope she keeps it! Good luck!

Oh, Jen! No sleep must be miserable. There are some things I cannot do without (and the list is getting longer!) and sleep is at the top. When I can't sleep I'm absolutely miserable. You need sleep. Do sleep aides help? Tylenol PM? Maybe you need something stronger from dr.

This morning I woke up at 3:30 with awful stomach cramps. Sometimes my b.p. med does that so I got up, started to eat a banana (potasium) took three bites and ran to the bathroom (3x). Apparently I have a flu bug, too. I didn't eat anything different yesterday. I will eat light today, though!

I only have 10 days before I return to work. I need to be able to enjoy my "vacation" a little bit!! Tomorrow I have day of beauty...

Have to go to CBS website now to catch up on soaps. Hope everyone has a good day!

Okay - I feel bad. I shouldn't have asked if you've tried sleep aides. I'm sure you've tried everything! Sorry - I'm a "fixer", so the counselor tells me!

Jay, thats ok yes I have tried everything. I usually take rozerem and valium but I have ran out. Just need to call the dr. I already did that today. I have had insomnia for quite sometime. I am used to it. Its not the sudden menopause that is causing it. However it is adding to it. But anyway thanks for your concern. I hope you get over your flu bug. Its not fun I know. there must be something going around.

Oh yeah, that dude scares me! Dr. Phil better intervene with that situation. If my DH did that to me I think I would hire someone to take care of the situation!
