Probably doesn't make sense, the percocet is kicking in! Actually my expectations of DD is a problem between me and DH. He and DS argue all the time. DS and I get along fine. He's a lot like I was as a kid. Sometimes I feel like I can't win. A few days ago I was going on about inconveniencing everyone. That's where that was coming from.
I teach both my DD and DS's that they should be able to make it on their own. It's only when they bring a whole person to a relationship that they are able put 100% of themselves into it.

Girls, I'm going to bed. DH is timing me at the computer now. 15 min at a time! I'm so lucky to have him! Sweet dreams - we'll chat tomorrow.

Quiet night. I'm not quite ready for bed yet, but I'm not falling victim to insomnia anymore, either. Instead of the sleepless/insomnia club, we're becoming the sleepytime club! I'm gonna go do some site surfing and see what others are up to...

Check back later.

More left side pain tonight. I took another percocet - it's kicking in. Why only my left side???? Weird.

Tomorrow's a new day! I hope my Sisters have a good night's sleep and I 'll say a special prayer for everyone. Here's to a good night's sleep for a speedy recovery! (that sounded more like a cheer than a prayer!)

Kathy,

Did you keep your cervix? I understand you only have mini-periods when you still have a cervix. Anybody heard anything different? Of course, ask your doc!

Yes, I still have my cervix but I think I've read that it is possible not to have mini periods if the surgeon cauterizes. The question is on my list, I assure you, lol.

It seems everybody's gone to bed. I can't find any threads with which I have any symptoms in common with and tonight, I have no advice for pre-op LIWs. I suppose I'll call it a night.

Hope to catch up with everyone tomorrow - if not, soap talk returns Monday! I'm wiped out right now anyway....

I have a very long list for my gyn. as my appointment is not until May 9th. I'm lucky, though, I've had a little smudge of pink, but not bleeding since I left hospital. Yippee!

I kept my cervix. Dr. made a big deal about cauterizing so I wouldn't have mini periods. I have very little bleeding / spotting after surgery - I was through before I left the Castle, two days after surgery. Everyone is different - definitely ask dr. about it! Take care.
