5 weeks post op pains

I need help. I had a modified radical hysterectomy on 2/22/07 and I am having "issues".
I have been feeling nauseated for about 1 week now. It comes and goes. Last week, I felt as if I was going to vomit and I had no appetite. A lot of times I would go until 5 or 6 in the afternoon before I ate anything, and when I did eat, it was virtually nothing (like a cup of food). I keep having these pains pn my left side and today it has kept me in bed all day. I thought that maybe it was really bad gas, but today, I threw up and the pain is almost unbearable. I have no fever and I am not sure if I should be worried or not.
I would also like to mention that I do have lupus, but it's stable. And my co pay for ER visits is $150.00, the surgery alone cost $1300 and with me having lupus and all, I have spent over $2500 this year in doctor visits and hospital and blood work. I know that money should not be a concern if I am sick, but I am just being realistic as I cannot afford to continue to go to the doctor at this rate.
Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Just a suggestion....but, I would call your doctor before days in and make an appointment for tomorrow. Don't hesitate...pain, nausea and vomiting means something's not right. I may be wrong, but five weeks out shouldn't bring you such intense pain.
Hope all goes well..God Bless

I am sorry that you are not feeling well. But I am in agreement, that I think that you need to get in to see the doctor. today would be good. Sounds like you have something going on.
