I'm so glad I'm not the only one!!! I'm more than 6 weeks post op and I'm still up at all hours!!! What's the deal with that anyway? It's making me nutso! I have some sleeping pills that the Dr gave me, but I either can't wake up, or I wake up with a headache! Anyone have any great solutions? (probably not, or you wouldn't be posting here! Duh! )

I'm thinking that it's my pain med (dilaudid)... I think it interferes with my sleep. Oh I don't know. It's 4:20 a.m. here on the East Coast... and I think I slept (maybe) 4 hours.... so I'm probably a little cArAzy right now!!!

So glad to know it's not just me.

All I can say is thank goodness for my ambien. That at least gives me 4 or five hours of sleep. I couldn't work (two jobs) and have my brain function without those few hours of sleep.

I am still dealing with some lingering problems from my surgery so pain contributes to my inability to sleep.

Yes, it would be nice to get a full night sleep. What is that anyway? Usually I wake up 3-4 times at night, but last night...eeeek it was awful.

I also have Ambien, but I try not to take that until the weekend.
