Small bit of humor

I finished treatment #4 last Thursday, so I'm definitely happy about that. I'm a little overwhelmed with all the followup stuff I have to do, but I'll take it a step at a time.

For some reason, the queasiness is hanging on a long time, and my doc decided we'd see if a scopolamine patch might help, especially since I have some traveling coming up. I just read the instructions on the box:

"Apply to the hairless area behind one ear...."

Sorry, but that struck me really humorous at this point! Gotta laugh or I'll cry!

I get it.

Hmmm, only someone who is hairless would probably catch the humor in this. There should be a smiley face for baldness.

Does that mean you can put the patch on the top of your head?

On a serious note, I hope the patch helps the queasiness.

Have you tried things that coat your stomach like Pepsid and Prolasac? Yeah, you probably have.

Have fun on your trip and hopefully you'll feel well, too.

And I have so many areas to choose from!

I've tried just about every coating/antacid thing around. I could toss back a meatball sub with no problem, but medicines really do a number on my belly.

It will pass, it's just being stubborn.
