ANyway........Dr is definately treating me for a bladder infection as the urinalysis did show some bacteria etc.
SHe did internal exam and said I have healed good. Said incision looks wonderful and the hard feeling will take months to go down along the incision line.
I am still on restrictions............NO LIFTING........I can walk more than I have been.......she just wants me to be EXTREMELY careful...........NO SEX for another 4 weeks !!!!!!! So guess my restrictions for everything is about 12 weeks.......just goes to show us that everyone is definately different !!

ALso asked her about the ovary pain even tho ovaries are gone and she said this CAN be phantom pain OR can be bowel pain int hose areas or scar tissue.

Hey! This slow poke finally found y'all!! WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

I live in a fog........... ;-)

Had a decent day. I went out to lunch with a friend. Then hit a thrift shop. Then went to buy some Mexican pastries. Then I began to swell, get tired and achey/. She went home, I crashed on the couch with my laptop. Only made a salad.

I have a headache..........and I think it's because my friends vehicle brings in the outside air through the vents. And that means car exhaust! Was nice to just rest and look aorund as we drove about though. LOTS of new shops to notice!! LOL

I'm sizzlin' hot! Changed clothes 3 times today so far. SOAKED!! *shudder*

SO my new things is..........

*hey babay....I'm sizzlin'!!* <chuckle>

Light at the end of the tunnel

There is one! I got released from bedrest, but back in recovery for at least 2 more weeks. I'm thrilled to say the bedrest helped and I am probably 75% back to normal.
Looks like we will have to post each other personally on progress and any other issues....
I tried to post my email and they screened it immediately.
Thanks April Girls,

You don't have to communicate privately. You may continue posting to each other on your thread in the Clubhouse:

https://www.hystersisters.com/vb2/sho...d.php?t=301840

That thread was created so that you may all keep up with the goings on in your lives and to further the friendships you have made with one another.

Hystersisters goes to great pains to keep the email addresses of its members private. Email addresses are routinely removed from posts for the safety and privacy of members.

Thanks April Girls,

That's wonderful. Just take it nice and easy and relaxe. I'm so glad you are off of bedrest. There is nothing worse than laying in bed all day just staring at the ceiling. Have a nice night.

Yay~

It's confusing trying to figure out what's what when there's so much info to explore here. Thanks to Catherine for posting the new thread for those of us who couldn't find it and to April Dawn for so kindly explaining the reason for it. There are so many wonderful women on this site, and we appreciate your hard work as hostesses for guiding us in the right direction.

McMadre,
I am so happy for you. Now that you can get up, take it SLOW! Don't do anything that will put you back in bed. Let others help and do only a little bit of anything, I even had someone lift pots and pans to the stove when I cooked at that stage.

It is amazing that we all are recovering differently, but we are all getting better. I did not think, right after surgery, that I would ever feel better. Now I feel almost normal. I still have twinges but they are tolerable at almost all times. I know I am still healing but it is hard to not do things I have always done now. I just have to listen to my body and not do something if it hurts.

Took the kids tubing this weekend, kinda wanted to get out there myself but didn't think it would be a good idea. I also had the opportunity to ride on rides in Orlando but declined because I don't want to mess anything up. Someday I will feel totally normal and then watch out!
