complications-hole in bladder

Had a Laparscopic Transvaginal hyster on 4-5....removed just my utereus...had endo with some other disease, can't remember the name...and removed a cyst on my right ovary. well...they put a hole in my bladder, had a 2nd surgery to repair that on STILL have a hole in my bladder and have to live with a supra pubic cath for 3 weeks and possibly a 3rd surgery. very discouraged....thought this was supposed to make my life easier and get rid of the pain have 2 small boys, who I haven't seen much of because I can't take care of them by myself yet....2 & 4. vacation plans ruined. just wondering about these complications, I am told they are rare...guess I was just lucky

Hi (((MsKJ)))
I'm sorry this happened with your bladder. What an unfortunate thing. I didn't deal with this personally, but I send my hugs and hopes it will heal quickly. I know it's especially hard when you have little ones to take care of. in there and try to be patient. The process has been prolonged some but you will see the end.
I'm hoping some members who have experienced this will come along and share their experiences with you. Keep us posted on your progress.
's, Rita
