seat cushion

Can anyone recommend a good seat cushion for my car to make riding a little more comfortable? I looked on the Brookstone website & they offer several different kinds. I don't know which one to choose. Thanks for your help!

Sorry if I'm being a little dull, but could you confirm whether you want to sit on it or lean against it? Perhaps you could let us know?

Hope you're doing well!

Car seat cushion?

Oh I'm sorry! You're right - I didn't specify. I'm looking for a cushion to sit on. My bottom is still sore (4 months post-op). Thanks for your help & recommendations!

Car seat cushion?

Hi scrapbook
I had a lot of discomfort sitting after my surgery too and riding in the car was always the worst. I used a donut pillow for a long time. It helps take the pressure off because it's cut out in the center but it isn't soft.

I didn't ever get buy anything along this line so I can't make a specific recommendation. I would think you need something that's very soft. Some cushions I can think of would be too stiff. Have you seen those novelty pillows that are made of the very squishy stuff? Sorry I can't be more specific, but the one I'm thinking of seems like it would work well but might not necessarily be sold as a seat cushion.

I hope you can find something you like and will help with relieving the pressure for you. If you find a good one let us know.
's, Rita

Car seat cushion?

I think I may try the donut. We have an enormous cross-country trip coming up (to take our son back to college), so I desperately need something!! And a regular bed pillow is just too big, and too soft. Thanks for your help!
