Question - Ever have a bad patch? Ever have a bad patch?

I'm taking Vivelle (75mg) and using as directed changing every 3.5 days, Sunday night, Thursday morning. I put the patch on my tummy, changing sides every time. Every once in a while, about every three weeks, I swear I get a bad patch. I'll put on a new patch and until the next one I'll be depressed, achy, hard to live with. Then a new patch and amazingly back to normal.

Has anyone ever had this experience?

Ever have a bad patch?

Yes! I think I had a bad box once. I felt like I had the flu for a couple of weeks. New box = big improvement. Same thing happened to my sister once with a bottle of Premarin.

Ever have a bad patch?

Where are you applying your patch? I had problems when I tried the buttocks area. Moody, bad week - for some unexplainable reason, I do better if I keep my patches in the area that my ovaries used to be located at. So I do right, left, middle, etc.

Ever have a bad patch?

Hi
Boy can I relate. I was doing great with the samples that my doctor gave me after surgery. The first time I had to fill a prscription I swear the patches kept coming off and they always buckled which made me believe I wasn't geting the full dosage. I took back the box to the drugstore and they gave me a new box. The longer I use these patches the worst I feel.

Ever have a bad patch?

I have actually had a bad box before and when I told my NP, she gave me samples from the office to see if that was what was wrong. Have you ever noticed that what you originally get isn't as good as when it's replaced. Look at watch batteries, they last forever, but when you replace them with what's in the store, they only last a little while. I've noticed that with phone batteries, etc. I think we get so ripped off most of the time, we wouldn't believe it if someone told us.

Blessings,
Rose

patch

You know I never have really thought about this but reading the post I have the samethings happen to me too. I am on the highest dosage of this patch. I am very moody as well. I notice to that I feel much better when the patch is on my right side then when its on my left side. I have been putting it on my backside but I may try the front again and see if I can tell any difference.
