Hi Girls
I am sorry to hear that some of you are having a hard time right now.
I hope things get better soon.
I have been busy with work and all so I have not been able to see how every one is doing.
The weight loss will come also.
Keep in mind what we all have been through.
I hope all the best for everyone here and I will check in soon

Thanks to all the Hystersisters for your concern. I am keeping in mind about the fiber and more water intake. The hemorroid bleeding is on and off, so I am hoping that is the sign of self healing. Tomorrow it will start the fulltime work. I am hoping, I could handle it. Take care all of you. You are in my thoughts and prayers daily.

Hi
Just wanted to stop in to see how everyone is doing.
I think back to when we were all off and on the computer all the time and now with our busy lives I have a hard time getting here.
I miss talking to all of you. And hearing about all your good days and your bad days. I know that the good days would out win the bad days.
But lately my bad days are taking over the good ones more and more.
I am on new depression pills ( Welbutrin 150 mil.) hoping it will bring me out of this big depression I am in.
I am sorry to vent. It is so easy to do it here.
This was going to be a happy.
Take care
Talk to you soon
Keep well
Big Hugs

Aw Sillydays, I hope the pills work for you and you are soon out of the depression. After everything we've been through, we now need a "break" and plenty of good days. We've been through so much and hopefully our journey gets easier. It is hard to find time to get on the computer now that we've got other things to do, i.e. housework, weeding, laundry, etc. etc. To think a few months ago we weren't supposed to lift laundry baskets! Although I have to admit that I am glad I don't have to always get someone to help with me the heavy things.
Hope everyone continues to improve and a HUG to Sillydays!
Take care of yourself......

Hi everyone, I hope sillydays, this new medicine works for you. I'm working full time again and having some bladder issues which is very depressing. I'm leaking urine....(remember, I had a sling along with my TAH).....I'm so bummed. I now have to wear a pad to work like I use to before my surgery. I go back to doc Aug. 30th so who knows. He has me on medicine but it doesn't help too much. He had told me it was a 90% chance of success so it's somewhat depressing. On a good note, my son is home from the Persian Gulf and we're having a huge party tomorrow. Take care everyone! CJ

Hello everybody.....

Hi all:
I am sorry I haven't been on here lately. I have been so busy with work and the kids and just life in general really...
I am so sorry to hear about your depression sillydays I sure hope that your new medication works for you.
I have been trying to work on losing weight and quitting smoking so that has been my main focus since my surgery. So far I have lost 13 pounds but I am still smoking...UGH!!!
I think I am gonna start that Chantix medication that I keep hearing about.
So far life has been good since surgery I have had some bad days after work, but not so much lately, so I am really hoping that I am over that.
I miss you all and I really hope that you are all doing great.
Take care of you and yours and I will try to stop in more regularly.
Echo

Good morning Girls
Thanks for the Well Wishes!!

CJ, I am sorry to hear about the bladder problem I really hope and pray that it gets better. Keep us posted on you up coming appointment.
Also I am so happy that your son is home from the Persian Gulf. Enjoy every minute you have with him and Cherish that time. Tell him how proud I am of him. My dh was in the Marines long time ago. And all Military personel is doing a GREAT JOB Keeping Us Free!

Jasminy, Yes we do need a break and our journey will get easier. I am so glad to hear that you are doing well. It is hard to find time to get on here but I agree we are all busy. Take care

Echo, I am really happy for you that you lost 13 lbs. you are on your way and for the smoking that will come too. Maybe take one thing at a time but big KUDOS to you I am happy for you.

The good days will become more and more and I do have to say I have no regrets of having this surgery.
When I get on here to talk to you I think back to what we all went through and our future and the best part of all is making friends with all of you that I hold dear to my heart.
I know that I will always have a place to come and visit or to have a cyber-shoulder to cry on. Ok maybe that is my major depression talking (SORRY)
Don't want to damper your weekend but I told one other friend (not my dh) and I have to tell all of you. If I didn't have my ds the other day I would not have cared if someone would have hit me when I was driving and sent me to the hospital. I know that is really bad but it is that I DON'T want to die I just don't want to do much anymore. Again I am sorry for this and ruining your weekend!

One a good note I am going to my parents today for a visit and ds is staying for a few days before school starts. I love going up there and visiting. It is my little get away for the day and I can forget how bad I feel for awhile. Maybe we will shop alittle too. And my dad will pick on my ds and tease him just to get a rise out of my mom. My parents are alittle goofy but Ya Gotta Love Em!

Have A Great Weekend
Well Wishes

Dear Sillydays,
You sound like a very caring person. I can relate to you because some days I feel like what you have just mentioned, but after my group session for stress management, I realize that we are important and need to take care of ourself first before thinking of others. Our health is important and others will be affected if we don't excist. I learned to Relax, breath in deeply and feel the energy in us and find inner peace through meditating. Do not let others bother us. Learn to let go any trouble, or problem and reflect about the goodness of life. Hope it helps. You sound like a natural leader. A person who would think of others before of thinking of herself.
Take care! and Have a Great Weekend with your Folks! and your loved ones.

Good Morning Girls
My day with my folks was very nice. My mom and I and ds went to the craft stores just to browse. Found a few books for knitting sweaters. I love to knit and make sweaters for myself. This is kind of cute about a year ago I tought my ds son how to knit and he likes it to he says at least he will be warm when he gets older and need a blanket. I tought him by using plain old number 2 pencils. It passes the time. He is not into sports and really never was. He will go to his friends and play basketball and stuff but nothing like that at school.

RoseTulip, Thank you for you response. I do put every one first and if I have time then I do what ever for myself. Which is not much time left.
I worry about (like all parents do) my son and my husband and my parent and anybody else.
My dh always says I am a worry wart! But I am always thinking ahead to what to do next even if it is for next year. My head spins sometimes out of control and I can't stop it.
Like you read I am in such a depression I am hoping one day I will snap out of it. I did not tell my dh how bad I am because he has enough to worry about with his job (he works for the state as a sargent in a prison camp) so he does not need add worry. I keep this to myself here at home and now I share it with all of you. This does help.
I am a very caring person. I would do almost anything for anybody if they need help. An ear for listening a shoulder to cry on or just a hug if that is what is needed.

Well better go Take care and talk to all of you soon
Well wishes
Big Hugs
