Lupron day 13...

So far not too bad. I had a little "depressed" episode this past weekend, but then my "friend" showed up and made it all make sense. I'm hoping this is the last cycle; I was told it is common. I must say that I did not have the pain normally associtiated with my cycle this time and it is much lighter than usual. Some of the things I have noticed since having my injection are:
1. my usually very oily hair is now dry and requires conditioner daily.
2. greatly decreased appetite, but no weight loss (dang it ;-)
3. Hot flashes--not too bad, but it is kind of comical to just be standing there and break out into a drenching sweat.
4. tearful spells, but I was rather prone to this before lupron too.

All in all, I'd say it is going well.

Lupron day 13...

Hi phatgurl, after my first lupron I also had my period by that's been it since Febuary I found that the hot flashes and night sweats are worse at the beginning. My lupron shot lasted for 3 months and then I went and got my 2nd shot and I found that about 2 months after the 1st injection the hot flahses were less so hang in there

I see that you're also waiting for you date at the castle, me to, hope we don't have to wait too much longer
