Skinny, Yeah RIGHT!!! I am soooooooo not skinny. I am like Byfaith, 5'2, 142 lbs. Now ele, that's not even skinny to me considering her height, but she is much smaller than me. Someone 5'2 in under 120 lbs is skinny. E, just made it.......LOL

Bsister, they trimmed ALL the pubic hair down to about 1/16 or 1/8 of an inch. I was gratefull they didn't shave it bald. I did it once for DH and told him that wasn't happening again! That stuff itches when it comes back in! As far as the scar, I think it's just above the hair line. Doesn't bother me where they put it, cause the only ones that are going to see it is DH, my mom when I see her again & maybe my girl friends when we are comparing scars. I dress very conservatively, only dresses or coulottes. (Solid size 16 so I will have to check out that web site.) Bikinis would be too scary on me.

Tomorrow I go to find out the results of the Holter monitor. I'm afraid they will find something wrong, but I'm also afraid they won't. Does that make sense? I just want them to be able to fix it. I can't run to the ER everytime I have chest pains because it MIGHT be a heart attack. I'd be in there 2 or 3 times a week. Someone asked me the other day how I was feeling. I told them every thing below the belly button was fine. I't's everything above that's the problem.

Had to take the dogs to the vet for their shots. Was talking to the vet about our surgeries. She had hers in 2003. She said not to worry I'd feel better in a couple of years. (There's still hope girls!) Of course she said she went back to work in 10 days after a TAH and maybe that was why it took 2 yrs for her to feel better! I told her she was an idiot!

Crossroads-I can understand that you want to find something and fix it!! But I hope that your heart is in good working condition!!

It was nice to see everyone at work today. They seemed thankful to have me back. My boss even ordered me new desk supplies. I did not realize how much pushing and pulling I do!! I'am a little sore, have the swelly belly, and just plain tired. I did drop a day so only work a 4 day wk. DH was worried about me going back at all. My job is stressfull and they aren't very good to people who make mistakes. Any how with my memory lately He just didn't want me being reprimanded (spelling) on a daily bases for silly mistakes. I talked with boss about my memory and she said that she wasn't expecting me to come back completely back to par!! Thank goodness. I did just fine today it was like an old shoe. Although I couldn't remember any of my passwords 6 to be exact and my boss was very nice to me when we reset them.

Funny about the passwords! I did the same thing. We have a punch code for our supply door. I cannot teach class without it as everything is in there!!!! i could not remember the code for anything when I went back! I was in panic mode as my class was coming in a half an hour with nothing out for them. I had to call security to get me in. then he had to help me move tables and chairs around. Very nice. When I accidently shut the door , I looked at it and was able to punch in the code no problem. Go figure.

Isn't it nice to wear scrubs!! i love it...it is like PJs at work

So glad your girlfriends diagnosis is negative. My girlfriend got her diagnosis last week. it is appendix cancer. Very rare. She is still in the hospital with an infection, a drain to get the infection out and has a feeding tube now. Please say a prayer sisters! She will start her chemo when the incision heals. This is day 12 in the castle.

Have patience, Jennice. You had a lot of work done in there. It's probably going to take time for the belly to adjust. I smiled at what you said about filling up the space. The body does have to adjust, I'm sure. My belly was always 'big' too and the surgery didn't change it except for my not being able to 'suck it in' like i used to. Now I can suck in again.......so definitely the swelly is less. I think I will always have a belly, though.....it's like we are reverting back to little girlhood. My granddaughter has that cute girl belly as she slowly begins to turn into a young lady. Someday that curve that all little girls have in the belly will disappear. She's 9 and a half and I swear girls turn into ladies a lot younger than when I was a kid.

I don't know where the day went. I'm home (finally)...tomorrow I won't get home until past 9 p.m. because of open house at the high school. So I'll go from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. YUCK waaaaa waaaaaa. Okay, got that out of my system.

It's sad; students are already skipping freshman English and it's just the third class. I think, what did I do wrong? Why didn't I do such a hot job that they were just DYING to come back to class today??? And I handed out a boatload of work for them to do, so the three missing class are doomed if they don't get in touch w/me, etc. I'm not gonna play mommy and hunt them down. I feel bad, though. I always take each lost student so personally. Now, in ESL, it is VERY rare that students disappear. They have struggled to come to this country and they relish every single minute of class. Ah, well. Big sigh. Calmed down, now.

One of these days i'm going to drag out the vacuum and start attacking all the spider webs and dirt in this townhouse. Last nite i heard scratching in the walls again. Guess the bumble bees moved out and now something new has moved in. Yikes.

Have a good evening, sisters. Hope you are all doing well. I tried to walk a little bit today when I had a 'break' at school and will try to do so tomorrow, too. It's so hot out there, though. I cannot wait til Minnesota weather returns.............ahhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,,,,coooooool
