Hysterectomy dates Jul 09-Jul 16,2007

Hi Presouz how have you been doing lately? I hope you got to do some relaxing today. I did alittle bit had the little granddaughter over here today. She's a handful, I don't remember my kids being so go go. But i was alot younger then. ha ha

Cheers LAW!!! Im fine, Yes I did relax today and yesterday too!! I am yet to have gran babies, I didnt have my DD till I was 35, so I have a bit to go yet.. good to hear from you! HOPE YOU ARE well too!

Though I was a 17th Hyst I bonded here at this JULY site, cant hold one day against me?? lol CUZ.. you ladies ROCK!! I am doing well, yet to fully released, go back on this 11th Tues. I work from home so have been working on and off all along. Limited my lifting with grocery and house work and my DD did most of the house work the first month I started to more and more after the 2nd week, all in all I am off pain med after the first month, still take an anti inflammantory pill daily though, and tried HRT but got too crabby, taking herbs for now. All in all seems well.. but I still cant sleep the whole night.. any ideas?

This weekend been feeling really good. Now of course i go back to work like everyone else here tomorrow. Then the small little aches and pains will come back but nothing a few IBU's can't take care of.

It was so hot and muggy here today. They say it is going to rain the next couple of days. Doesn't matter much to me I work inside all day anyways.

A few weeks post op there were nights when i couldnt sleep through the nite. I'd wake up and then couldnt go back to sleep. I searched the threads here and read about drinking Ovaltine before going to bed. There is something in the Classic Ovaltine that triggers sleep and it is so yummy. Try it
