Who's the grouchy one, me or him?

Hi ladies,

DH and I have been arguing for the past two days. He says I am irritable and he can't do anything right. I say he is being plenty irritable too. I admit I am depressed because of a situation with DD. I guess it has us both up tight and we are taking it out on each other! I'm going to try harder to be more pleasant and hope he does too. God doesn't give us any more than we can handle, it just seems that way right now.

I go for my post op appointment on Friday. I'm doing pretty good except for this depression. I worked 6 hours today and didn't feel as tired even though I didn't sleep well last night. Hope I get some ZZZZ's tonight.

Good luck to everyone on their weight loss program. I've lost 17 lbs so far. I'd like to lose 5 more pounds or at least keep it off!

Guess I'll go for now.

If he knows what's good for him.....

Chocolate

Thanks Barnie,

Your posts always make me smile. DH had better shape up. That 6 week clearance is only a few days away and I might not be IN THE MOOD! Hmm ... that chocolate sure does sound good. Is is too late to eat?

Hope everyone has a good night's sleep!

We need more than chocolate.

We need foot rubs. And someone to shoo others away so we can rest.

"And while you're up......." -and- "Is there anything else I can do for you, your Highness?"

You all realize that chocolate is a Vegetable??

Following is one of my favorite emails. From the looks of some previous posts, I thought you'd all get a hoot from it!

Chocolate is a Vegetable: Chocolate is derived from cocoa beans.
Bean = vegetable.

Sugar is derived from either sugar CANE or sugar BEETS. Both are plants, which places them in the vegetable category. Thus, chocolate is a vegetable.

To go one step further, chocolate candy bars also contain milk, which is dairy. So candy bars are a health food.

Chocolate-covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want. If you've got melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.

Diet tip: Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite, and you'll eat less. If I eat equal amounts of dark chocolate and white chocolate, is that a balanced diet? Don't they actually counteract each other?

Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look younger.

Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done.

A nice box of chocolates can provide your total daily intake of calories in one place. Now, isn't that handy?

REMEMBER: "Stressed" spelled backward is "desserts"

For those craving chocolate and wanting to lose weight.
Sugar Free jello pudding...only 60 calories and 1 pt I believe. You can then top with 2T of fat free whip cream for zero points. Put into a fancy dessert dish for maximum enjoyment
That is all....
