shopping for post op

I'm starting to pick up a few things for my post op and I have been reading a lot about "smooth move teas" . Where can I purchase the tea? It was not at my local grocery store, I found the peppermint tea, but not the other. Also should I just buy a bran muffin mix or is it really better to make them from scratch. I will make them ahead and freeze. Is Raisin Bran a good way to go?[No pun intended]. I just want to make sure I have what I need so the DH doesn't have to keep running to the store for me.

Thanks, Debbie

I have Raisin Bran every morning and I think it does help. Other cereals don't seem to have the same effect. I really like Miralax. Someone here recommended it and it's wonderful with no pain like the stimulant laxative can cause.

I've never heard of the smooth move teas.

Good luck!
