Granulation tissue & Dr. said "just wait it out"

Can granulation happen if you kept your cervix and do not have a cuff? I had LAVH and am so confused about whether some of the issues being discussed apply to me. I am at 15 days and had some bleeding at 12 days, spotting since. I have not called the doctor, I figured I popped a stitch or something.

I am not sure if you can have granulation tissue, but I would assume so. Granulation tissue is like a raised scar. My doctor said they are like prongs from a fork, haning down. When you touch them or irritate them, they hurt and can bleed. You can have bleeding for much longer than 15 days. Right now I wouldn't think your bleeding is related to granulation tissue. It's too soon.
