Out of the House!!

Today makes 8 days post op for me and I finally got out of the house!!! I got up this morning got showered, dressed, put a bra on for the first time in 8 days yuk! put on make up...feeling pretty good. When My Hubby got home we went to town. We stopped at my favorite place to get something to eat..Mr. Js Bagels!! You should have one in your area!! Then we went to the new grocery store Martins to get groceries. Walking was fine, but standing hurt and pushing the cart hurt. I ended up finding stools that the stock boys were using and sitting on them. They looked at me like I was "lazy" I thought I could go into detail, but I didn't want to bore them . By the time we got home and put things away I was beat! I laid down and took a nap. I feel pretty good right now. My best friend is suppose to come and get me Monday and we are going to hang out...I just hope I am up to it again...and I don't get as tired. I do have a question....after 8 days post op is it still suppose to hurt to urinate? It is not like an infection, but pressure. Is this normal?

Out of the House!!

I thought it was normal and by day 10 I had blood in my urine. I have an UTI. It is even more painful today. Be really careful and check with your doctor to make sure everything is alright. I really thought the pain was from the surgery.

Out of the House!!

Check with your doctor but I had kind of an ache for almost six weeks with no infection.

Out of the House!!

I called my Dr. and I am going to drink A LOT of water and cran apple and cran berry juice....it is 8:30pm and my hubby is going to get me some....I will see how I do over the rest of the weekend and then if I am still having problems give him a call. I have the hurting and the back ache but no bleeding and no fever. Maybe it just goes with the surgery. I did accidentally stretch in my sleep last night you talk about waking someone up in a hurry!!! OUCH!!! I hopefully stopped before I did any inside damage. That was a horrible feeling! I felt like I was pulling something apart.
