Hi ladies, you all must be really busy this weekend!

I was busy with little GD this morning, but she is off at her dad's now, so it is time for me to attack this disaster of a house. My DD wants breakfast for dinner so we are going to have that for dinner.

Karen glad to hear you finished your crosstich and that Jenny is doing so well with camping practice.

Lisa it is great that you get at least a little break. I am going to be right at those chores with you. I wish we had your nice weather too. One of these days...

Well I will check back later ladies, have a great day!!

i know the house work has to be done eventually ladies, i tend to do mine in parts like the bathrooms 1 day and vacume another, jenny does the dusting but only when i remind her. the kids often help with dishes, jenny makes the school lunches, tony and i help each other mow the lawns.
things like that.
sometimes i find it easier doing things myself other times i say why and come and help me to everyone in the house.

how did the skiing go murph
hhyper how is your daughter with her cold, my son used to have so many ear infections from age 2 -6 now knock on wood he hasn't had that since.
we wanted him to have his tonsils and adnoids out but they wouldn't unless we came to the specialist to see his infection, but by the time we got to the specialist date tony would be better this happened for 4yrs.
another thing i worked out why he was getting sick so much, i had planted a tree outside the front door and it seemed to flowere all year round, tony loves being outside and he'd be passing the tree all day , i thought i wonder if that tree is making tony sick, i got rid of it and he never got sick again. I think it was sinus problems he was having because of the flowers on that particular tree.
the story about botox was cute lisa, botox is also used to help the disorder i have, although i don't get botox i just cope with it best i can which i feel is the best way.
botox helps people with dystonia, essential tremors muscles to relax and it sometimes works for 3 months then they get more. I have heard it can have no effect with some people and with others it changes there whole life.
well not much else happening my neck of the woods, so hope yours is all going well.

I am getting ready to make a sandwich for lunch and then head outside to work in my yard It is another warm sunny day outside.

I wanted to share my rude awakening story from this morning. First of all, I really do love my cats, but sometimes I am ready to kill them. Early every morning they want the shutters opened on the window above my bed. They are so snoopy and have to see what is going on outside. About 5:30 I opened them up for them and I went back to sleep. At around 6 they started fighting with the neighbors cat that was looking in at them from the outside. Well then my two cats start fighting with each other and both fall off the windowsill onto my face with their claws still out. Yes, my face looks lovely. I have scratches all over it. When I finally realized what was happening I put my hand on my face and could feel blood, so I knew it wasn't going to be pretty. I got up and put peroxide on my face and then sat with ice on a couple of the scratches hoping it wouldn't look too bad. Actually I can't believe that it doesn't look worse. Glad I don't have to go anywhere today. I did manage to go back to sleep after everything was cleaned up and slept in until 9:30.

I hope everyone has a great day

lisa you poor thing, glad it wasn't as bad as it seemed but gosh i would have killed my cat if it did that too. our cat is lulu and very snoopy too.
we had problems with some stray cats coming and fighting with one another pot our bedroom window a few months ago and lulu wasn't involved, she usually hides.but they have disappeared for now.
i must get a load of washing hung out , it is 10-30am already, then i'm having a coffee.

Good Morning,

You ladies must really be busy! Hopefully you are all doing some fun things. It is very cold and windy here. I think I am going to head out and do that shopping I have been wanting to do. Laundry and cleaning are caught up for now and I don't have to watch little GD until 5. I hope to hear from some of you ladies later!

Have a fun day.

Good morning ladies

It was a busy weekend for us. The kids are home today for President's Day. It is cold and windy here as well, so we are staying home today. DD has dance tonight.

Jan I hope you enjoy your day off and have fun shopping.

Lisa ouch! I hope the scratches are feeling better today. What a nice way to spend the afternoon, working in the yard.

Karen my DD is feeling better with the antibiotics. She still has a cold. Out of all of my kids, she is the one that is sick the most.

Everyone must be busy, it's been quiet here.

I hope you all have a good day.

Lisa so cute the little boy! I thought of you when I was buying DH valentine card! I worked in the yard on friday and sat here it was great! I planted little ferns I bought at the 99 cent store. weeded on side yard just tried to stay busy in the sun It was heavenly. I hope your scratches heal!

Cindy Hope DD cold clears up and your house is bug free for awhile! I am not commenting about the state of mine as I do not want to jinx it if you know what I mean... Sweet gesture from DH!

Murph your skiing sounds fun.. I am going on hike today with DDs and DH.

Grateful.. hope you had an nice relaxing day off!

Suki how is it going with you? how is your energy level and I hope you are going to ease back into your work schedule.... I have to tell you that you have got me hooked on eggplant! It has now became a regular purchase for me!

Hi Scrapper!

Well I am off to do a little cleaning! I must confess I have let the house go a bit... I neglected the house to work in the yard. Yesterday we got together at SIL to celebrate FIL bday. Girls stayed there we came home and DH and I went out to dinner...sushi...mmm and then we went to the drive in. We saw Fools Gold real cute... but a little far fetched as DH said. It was a nice little date. Today we are going to go pick up girls and go on a hike.

Hi Ladies,

I am sitting her practically falling asleep. I went to sleep last night at 11 and woke up at 8:30 this morning a rare thing for me and I am still tired.
I can't wait for this fatigue thing to end. I also still have a discharge and ZI just finished another round of antibiotics on Saturday, I am seeing the doctor on Thursday, this can't be right....

I am working whenever I feel like it which is not much lately, at the latest i will go back part time the first week in March, thankfully my boss understands and said do what you need to do, but I must get back soon or I will never want to go back to a normal schedule.

It looks like everyone is having a nice long weekend, sking, hiking God Bless you guys right now just walking around is making me tired. It will get better, it just takes time.

Sas, I just bought some eggplant yesterday I want to make eggplant rollatini, maybe I will drum up some ambition and go do that when I sign off the computer.

Have a good one, ttyl.

I came home in between my stores for lunch and jumped on to see what everyone else is up to today. I have 2 stores left for today. My goal is to be off by 5. I should make it.

I ended up working in the yards until after 5 yesterday. I was so nice being out in the sunshine. I got the front weedeated and mowed and the weedeating done in the back. If I have enough energy when I get off today, I'll mow the back. If not, it will get done tomorrow.

I have a funny story about one of the 3 year olds at school. He has been there for almost a year now. On his first day he was real shy and very apprehensive about being with the other kids. He had brought a book from home and was walking around the class with it. I asked if he wanted me to read it for him and we hit it off right away. His teacher calls him my #1 fan. I wish you could all hear the way he says my name. All the other teachers crack up whenever he is calling out to me. He is just so darn cute. Anyways on Saturday I turned onto our street and I had DH in the car with me. I noticed that someone was moving into a house that had been vacant for awhile. I saw they were unloading a toy box and I noticed a rocking horse still in the back of the pickup. I said well they must have kids. As I passed the house I look and saw a lady coming out the door and it was his Mom. Now my little buddy lives 8 houses down from me He will be so surprised when he finds out. He is always saying at school that he wants to come to my house and play. Now all he has to do is hop on his trike and come on down.

Well I better get off of here and back to work. I wish you all a great day
