Re: Hysterectomy dates Oct 01-Oct 08,2007

Hi ladies,

We went to the Maundy Thursday service last night. We came home and watched tv.

Today dh is off. We relaxed for the morning. Dh went out to run some errands. I picked up subway for dinner. We are going to the Good Friday service tonight. Senior choir is singing so I will have to sit in the balcony with choir.

Tomorrow the kids are going to color eggs. I have to pick up a few last minute easter items for the kid's baskets.

We will go to church on Sunday. Senior choir and k-8 will be singing, so lds and I will sing. After church we will do our egg hunt, then we are going for Easter brunch.

Lds is off school for Easter Monday. Dd, dh and I are back to work and school.

Scrapper the flooring workers got a lot done. I'll bet it looks so nice. Oh how nice that dd will be off for a week now. And glad that you will have today off as well.

Have a good day and weekend. Happy Easter to you and your family.

Re: Hysterectomy dates Oct 01-Oct 08,2007

Good morning ladies,

We had a good weekend and nice Easter. It was so nice to sleep in on Friday. We have been so tired with all the work being done on the house. Our brother in law came over to help with moving furniture and putting it back in place. Dd started working on her cookie order. I started working in the garage to take things back in the house. Late afternoon dd and her boyfriend left to Disneyland for a few hours. I took a dinner break and picked up dinner for dh and myself. I relaxed for a bit and went back to the garage for a few hours. all of the work is done indoors now. Now it is a matter of putting things back in place.

Saturday morning ran a few errands. After breakfast I finished up in the garage. Dd finished decorating the cookies. They came out so cute. They were for a baby shower sports-themed for a baby boy. So they wanted footballs, baseballs, basketballs, and soccer balls. The others were blue & white onesies. Dd and I went to deliver them. We then went to Target. We called dh to see what to pick up for dinner. After dinner dd and I went to do the marketing. Dd baked a cake for Easter and I filled the eggs with candy.

Yesterday I went to the cemetery first thing in the morning. After breakfast we got ready for church. It was a very nice service. We left to go to my sisters awhile after. We had a bbq. It was a nice and relaxing day. all the kids had fun with the Easter egg hunt. The cake dd made was really good. It was like pound cake with a strawberry mousse.

Today dd & her boyfriend are going to Knott's Berry Farm. They are taking my niece and a friend. I am going to zumba today. I am making pork chops, rice and veggies. We will relax and watch TV this evening.

Hyper - Sounds like you had a good weekend. Hope you had a nice Easter. You were busy with choir this weekend. Lucky that lds is still off today. Yes, we love the new flooring it looks good. Nice to be able to enjoy it now. Hope your day is going well. Have a good day.

Re: Hysterectomy dates Oct 01-Oct 08,2007

Hi ladies,

We had a good weekend. Friday evening we went to Good Friday service. I had to sing with senior choir. After church we came home and watched some tv.

Dd and I got up on Saturday and went to Kohls. She wanted a new dress for Easter and I wanted to look for a pair of shoes for Easter. We both found what we wanted. I had a 20% off coupon and Kohls cash so we got our items for very cheap. We had lunch at applebees. We came home and I boiled eggs for lds and dd. After they cooled they dyed them.

On Sunday we got ready for church. I sang with senior choir and lds sang with k12. It was a nice service. After church the youth group hosted a light breakfast. Donuts and boiled eggs and fruit. Dd and I helped with that. We came home for awhile then left to go for Easter brunch. It was so yummy. We were all stuffed when we left. We stopped at starbucks then headed home. Dd hid the plastic eggs filled with candy and lds hunted for them. It was funny, she hid them so good it took him a long time to find them. We relaxed the rest of the day.

It was hard getting up this morning. But it was good getting back to work. I missed the kids. Lds was off today. I came home at lunch to check in with him. I made a quick lunch for us before heading back to work. After work I had to run and get lds's new glasses. I was glad they came in time for school tomorrow. I picked up dinner on the way home. Lds said his glasses were tight around his ears so we'll have to go back tomorrow after work and school so they can adjust them. We are just going to relax and watch tv tonight.

Scrapper your weekend sounds good. It sure has been alot of work moving things back and forth. But I know when everything's done it will look great. Your Easter sounds nice. Yummy bbq.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi ladies,

Yesterday I made it home in time to go to zumba class. It was a good class. I headed home to make dinner. Dd called around 8pm saying that they were going to get on a few more rides then leave Knott's Berry Farm. they were going to go eat after and then she was dropping my niece and her friend off at home. I was in bed when she got home but I heard her.

Today I am going to the gym. I also need to stop and get gas. I am making beef tacos for dinner. We will watch TV and relax this evening. The only 2 rooms that need to be organized are my scrapbook room and dd's closet. We ordered a new dresser for her so we are hoping it comes by the weekend so she can put her clothes away. My scrapbook room will take time but that is ok. We are happy with all of the work that got done. It looks very nice.

Hyper - that is great that you and dd found what you were looking for. Great deals with their coupons and Kohls cash. Your Easter sounds very nice. Sounds like dd did a good job in hiding the eggs for lds. I am sure it was hard to get back into the routine after spring break. Our schools are back today. That was nice that you were able to check in on lds yesterday during lunch. Hope your work day went well. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi ladies,

Last night we relaxed and watched some tv.

Lds had to go back to school today. Work was good today. It was a nice day so we got to take our class outside this morning and again this afternoon.

After work I took lds to have his glasses adjusted. He said they feel good now. We thenwent to target to pick up a few things we needed. By that time is was close to dinner so I just picked up food again. Dh got home just shortly after we did. Lds has a little homework. We'll watch some tv this evening.

Scrapper is all of the work done now? I'm glad you're happy with it. Sounds like dd had a busy fun day yesterday.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

Re: Hysterectomy dates Oct 01-Oct 08,2007

Hi ladies,

It's been a pretty quiet day. Great day to get caught up on work. I'm waiting on someone to send me a document so I can deal with that before I leave for the day.

Yesterday after work I went to the tire place to have my tires checked. I am going to need new tires here pretty quick. I gave all the info to dh. I'm hoping to get them after work on Friday. I got gas after I finished there. I headed home and made dinner. Dd was watching TV. After dinner we watched 2 shows. Dd was applying for some part time jobs.

Today dd and her boyfriend were going out. He doesn't work today and all classes at the community center are cancelled today for some event they are having. I am going to zumba at the studio we go to for zumba. After class I am stopping at the market next to zumba to get some fruits we are out of. I am going to make breakfast for dinner. We'll watch TV and relax this evening.

Hyper - that is good that you were able to take the kids out and that the weather was nice. Glad lds's glasses feel fine now. Yes all of the work is done now on the inside. We ordered a cabinet to put in the scrapbook room for dd. It is for her to put all of her baking tools, pans, etc. This way all of her stuff is in one place. We are waiting on her dresser to arrive. We ordered a new washer & dryer which will come on April 14th. There are some minor projects for the outside and just touch up painting in certain areas in the house. Hope your work day went well. Have a good evening.

Hi ladies,

Last night lds did his homework then we watched some tv.

Today work was good. It's been raining here all day. Not fun, but we do need the rain. After work I stopped at the grocer to pick up a few things. I picked up some books I had on hold at the library and the. Stopped for gas.

I am making baked bbq pork chops, potatoes and a veggie for dinner. We will watch some tv this evening.

Scrapper I'm glad you are having a quiet work day. The cabinet for dd's baking items is a great idea. I'm sure she has quite a few things and it will be nice to have them all together in one place. Oh very nice to get a new washer and dryer. It's so nice to be able to get some new things for the house.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

Re: Hysterectomy dates Oct 01-Oct 08,2007

Hi ladies,

Traffic was heavy going home yesterday. I ended up getting off the freeway and taking streets. It was a bad accident involving a truck and some cars. I missed the 5:30 zumba class. So I took advantage and did some cleaning and laundry. I went to the market to get fruit we needed. Dd and her boyfriend were working out in the backyard. They had a soccer obstacle course set up. I ended up picking up subway for dinner. Dd was going to be busy in the kitchen baking. After dinner we watched TV and relaxed.

It has been quiet today. Nice to get things done. I will be leaving in about 30 minutes for my appt with the podiatrist. They are usually pretty quick. I'm hoping for better traffic today. Dd and I are going to yoga today. I am making chicken breasts with rice and veggies. We will watch TV and relax this evening.

Hyper - hope your work day went well today. How was your weather today? Your dinner sounded yummy. I haven't tried making bbq pork chops. I will have to try that. Yes, it will be nice for dd having her things in one spot as she has collected quite a bit. Yes, nice to be able to get some things for the house. Enjoy your evening.

Re: Hysterectomy dates Oct 01-Oct 08,2007

Hi ladies,

Work was good today. After work we stopped at the library. We needed to make a copy of dd's birth certificate and her social security card. Our pastor and his wife have a special needs daughter that they adopted when she was a baby. They offered dd a caregiver job for their daughter. It will be a few hours in the late afternoon/evening a few days a week. Even though they offered it to her, the state of Minnesota actually hires her. They needed her to mail them two forms of identification.

I am making cheeseburgers, fries and baked beans for dinner. We will watch tv this evening.

Scrapper I hope you have better traffic for your drive home today. Even though you missed zumba, I'm sure it was nice to get cleaning and laundry out of the way. Our weather was rainy all day, but it has stopped now and the sun is out. The bbq pork chops are really easy to make. I usually use boneless pork chops. It tastes really good.

Have a good day.

Hi ladies,

We had a good weekend..it was nice and relaxing. Friday evening I made a few stops before heading home. I picked up dinner. Dd and her boyfriend went to a shopping outlet then took the train to Hollywood. Dh got home after I had finished dinner. We watched TV for awhile.

Saturday morning after breakfast I got ready for my haircut appt. When I got back, I went to do the marketing. We had some lunch then dd and I went to run some errands. We picked up dinner on the way home. We watched the Peanuts movie...very cute. Then we watched some shows we had recorded.

Yesterday after breakfast dd and I went to the baker's warehouse. She had been looking for this item for a cake order this weekend. It is like a press in snowflake shapes. We then went to church. We headed home and did some things around home before heading out to meet my sisters.

My boss is pretty busy today. She will be off starting tomorrow. She is taking some vacation days to go visit her son in New York. Then on Friday through the weekend she will be at a conference in Washington, D.C. she will be back in the office next Tuesday.

I am going to 5:30 zumba class today. I have my clothes ready so I can just go in and change and leave. It is close to home so that is good. I am making steak, baked potatoes and salad. We will watch TV and relax tis evening. Dd started the spring quarter today. She has 1 class today from 12:30-5:30. I'll be curious to see how it went.

Hyper - hope you had a good weekend and that your work day went well. have a good afternoon/evening.
