Now... possibly Osteitis Pubis

At the beginning of June I had TAH and LSO to remove a rather large dermoid cyst . I was quite ill prior to the surgery and the doctor felt that the cyst had a small rupture and was leaking into my abdominal cavity.
Everything went relatively smooth after with the exception of a small bout of infection in my incision. Antibiotics seemed to clean that up.
I went back to work part time (I'm a welder). On the second day back I started spotting and having bladder spasms. I just figured that I would work through this all and things would get better. They didn't. After 4 weeks of working part time, I could not do it any longer . I could no longer walk. I had so much pressure in my abdomen that I felt like a bm would push my insides out.
I went back to my Gynecologist and he told me I had post-op ileus. I disagreed and told him my bowels were working fine. Of course some doctors think they know everything so we left it at that.
Everything improved while I was not at work. But when I did anything that involved standing on my feet for any length of time the pain came back. Not as severe as when I was at work, but it was definitely there.
Four weeks later which was last Friday, I went back to this doctor and told him the same thing. He did an internal and I nearly hit the ceiling. He told me then, that I possibly had a crabby bladder. So he referred me to a Urologist. One thing that he said to me that stuck in my mind is "Don't expect to see one real soon, like not by Tuesday."
Now here comes the irony. Monday a receptionist from an Urologist phoned and they had an appointment set up for me on Tuesday.
Monday I tried to work again. But after the 8 hours, I was in extreme pain when I walked. Plus my abdomen swelled up like I was pregnant.
When I went to see the Urologist, she felt that the bladder was not my issue, but more likely an inflammation of the pelvic bone. So I'm being sent for a bone scan.
She doesn't think that I have an infection, but I live in this body of mine and I really wonder.
My WBC is elevated. I quite often run a slight fever. I feel like a flu is always coming on. I am always freezing. And the last couple weeks I have been waking up with night sweats.
When the night sweats started, I thought possibly that I could be going through menopause. I am only 42, and still have one ovary but have read that the possibility of menopause happening sooner after having a TH increases.

I'm over this all. I thought having surgery would correct all of my problems. Instead it seems to have created new ones.
