Those same words come from my mouth daily!!!!! My family is getting used to it. It seems to be getting a bit better although i am trying to keep my list going. the problem is when i write the list to go to the store and forget the list on the counter at home!

You're not alone!! Not only am I going through menopause (that's the easy part) but I'm also going through "Mental Pause". My kids have to finish my sentences as I lose my train of thought. I can't remember whether I've done things or not or where I put stuff- AAAUUUHH. I guess it's Karma- I've always said that men's brains were part of their sex organs- didn't know it's true for us gals, too. Staci

Me too! Even retracing my steps doesnt help anymore. It is like my brain just stops working and there is a big hole where my thought processes used to take place.

I feel like I can't remember anything either it is horrible. I kept both of my ovaries but for some reason it is like I didn't. Hopefully it gets better for all of us because this isn't fun.
