Estradial side effects

I have been on 1mg of (plant derived) oral estradial for a week. I am bloated big time, some nausea, and have a weird knawing in my stomach all the time like I'm hungry but I'm not. I'm also constipated. I hate this. Will it go away. I'll give it 1 month but I can't deal with this for very long. Thanks for any advice!

Your dosage may be too high for you. I would call my doctor and see what he suggests.

Estradial side effects

Sometimes we have symptoms that are probably not related to a hormonal imbalance (seems like rarely!). A year or so after my surgery, I was struggling with some symptoms of bloating, extra gas, crampy feeling, etc. I adjusted my estrogen and did different things with my hormone intake but it didn't change my symptoms. I finally started keeping a food diary and eventually realized I had become lactose intolerant at some point. I'd like to blame it on the surgery but have since read this is very common in adults. As long as I avoid regular milk, I avoid those symptoms.

I've been on 1 mg estradiol for 2 years plus, have added a little progesterone at nights and testosterone once a week. The balance is fragile but working.
