Got home today

I am home now. I am so very sore. More so because of the tape burn thats on my incision. I am glad to be in my own soft bed. My husband has been a great help too. I am lucky to have him. I get my staples out Tuesday and hopefully i will feel better. my blood sugars have been whacko though ** i am diabetic** after the surgery my sugars stayed high. So I will prolly have to increase my insulin.

Ughhh... now it seems my neighbors wanna move and our walls are joined **triplex** they keep slamming their door and shaking my wall which shakes my bed and OMG it hurts. sorry needed to vent a lil

Welcome home and glad your husband is there to help you, mine has been great as well.
Take it easy and each day you will feel a little bit better. Get a good nights rest and sending hugs your way!

AngelzDreamz and glad your home. If your neighbors are moving out then sounds like your gonna have new ones move in. Have your DH go to Joann fabrics and get a big piece of foam and nail it to the wall, It will at least muffle the noise. You need your rest right now.

I used to live in Pensacola way back in the early 80's. There is nothing like the Florida sun and Salt water, to lift your spirits.

Hope things quiet down for you.

Could DH have a polite chat, or leave a note for, anyone next door? Just that you have had major surgery, are in pain, and slamming the door shakes the bed and makes the pain worse.

Or even: "Please close door gently. Person recovering from major surgery in next room. Thank you." Adding smiley face optional...
