Pesky little itch.

Does anyone else have this annoying vaginal itch even though there is no yeast infection, or odor or odd colored discharge? I'm using anti itch cream and powders. For the most part the Vagisil powder seems to temporarily help, but I have another spot that itches that's just above the vagina under the pubic hair. No matter what I try I - CAN'T - GET - RID - OF - THAT - ITCH!!! I'm going crazy. I'm finding myself in a private place and gouge at my skin. It's driving me nuts. So it's really a 2 part question;
1. Anyone have the phantom vaginal itch since the surgery?
2. Any ideas on what the itch under the pubic hair could be?

Well vinegar works on skin itches, try putting cotton balls of vinegar on your itchy area, leave it on don't rinse it off, I had itching areas under my side when I got hot flashes would get sweaty and itchy and read on her to use vinegar it really worked!! but you do need to avoid any open wounds

Pesky little itch.

Have you mentioned this to your doctor? Rather than treat this yourself, it might be best to get some direction from the doctor.

Pesky little itch.

You are not is like one litlle hair that maybe rubbing on your back kind of itch!! i ws figuring it is just the stiches in there healing just as the outer stitches itched. I am no doctor though and I am waiting for mine to call me back about the constant falling asleep in my leggs and numbness around that area, however the itch will be added to that list of questions for the doc!

Pesky little itch.

Same thing happened to me and my doc gave me Diflucan, to take for yeast infection and a cream to use, I was cured in 24 hours. For me the itch was unbearable, drove me nuts. I had no symptoms of a yeast infection, other than the itching. Call your doc and hopefully you'll find relief soon.
