Sorry to hear about the "red light" for so many of us. The light's green over here but we haven't taken the plunge. Perhaps this weekend.

I was terribly sore yesterday and thought I was going backwards. I finally realized I just overdid it on the weekend and it was catching up to me. Didn't feel like too much at the time, but it was.

Meanwhile someone asked whether I was back at Jazzercise!

We haven't taken the plunge yet either...actually I am worried about the fact we haven't. I think we are both afraid (i know i am), but he's a man, he's not allowed to be afraid!!

I have been trying to get into an exersize regiem. I have only focused on exersizes to give me great abs by Memorial day... The first two days really sucked I have to say, but its getting better I need to kick it up more though. If I wasn't headed out of town after the new year, I'd probably buy a gym membership.

Well, I just cleared for the "plunge" today. I asked my doc if I was physically capable of natural lubrication. She didn't give a definite answer, but suggested that it would be good to get KY jelly. She said that orgasm will probably be the same, but might be different, at first.

I'm really sore, right now, vaginally and around my waist and back. The exam hurt. My doc really checked out my pain and she said that it was a bone. This afternoon I had some brown stuff and some blood. I called my doc. She was on the phone, right away. She said it was the exam, as I thought, but wanted to check for sure. She said that it might last a couple of days.

My doc said to "ease" into activities and if it hurts, stop. How long does "easing" take? It's sorta hard how to know the limits. I'm cleared to do whatever I want, with easing.

YEAH - woo hoo!!! Cancer-free for Christmas ... next appt June 08.

thanks.

I was back at doctors on Monday. Wound Care first, then surgeon. Altho my wound had gotten much smaller, and is doing well, both the wound care specialists and my surgeon say no work for at least another 3 weeks. I am relieved, as the wound still drains pretty significantly, and I am still changing dressings twice a day, and having to wear the $8.96 walmart pull on strecth pants because I can't get my jeans to zip with the dressings in place....not that I could sit in jeans with the "open zipper" that I own on my tummy that matches the one on a pair of pants anyway....

I will continue seeing wound care locally twice weekly, and wound care docs in the city in three weeks for another look see.

It is wonderful to hear how everyone in progressing. The first day I actually felt almost normal (whatever that means) was on Sunday. It was strange, it was as if there was a switch that was turned on. I was able to do most things with out discomfort. Life is Good! Happy Holidays to All!

hi, I saw my doc yesterday for my one week past my six week check up. She said that everything is healed! woo-hoo! She said to do whatever I want to, but to "ease" back into activities, even "pelvic" activities.

Everything pelvic still works. I cried and cried with joy with my hubby. I was "wet" all over from tears and even natural lubrication. I asked my doc if I was even still physically capable of natural lubrication. She said i don't know, but since your ovaries are gone, you may not. Get KY jelly. I got some and didn't even open the bottle. WOW! I don't know if this will happen every time or not, but we shall see. Every movement was sorta tentative, but great.

My hubby was out with some guy friends last night which he seldoms does, but i called him and told him that our DD was out. He liked that. ha ha.

We had a wildly amazing time!

Earlier in the day yesterday, I had some bleeding and I was sore some. I called my doc. She got on the phone right away and she said the bleeding was from her exam. It might last a couple of days. I'm having discharge today. I guess I'll give the discharge a couple of days. I may have to call my doc again.

I've been at work all day and I'm pooped. or maybe it's from all that pelvic activity.
