post op infection

Hi all. I had a TAH BSO , 10-16-17, was admitted again the 23rd. got out 5 days later, seems i have quite an infection.went through 7 antibiotics in hospital,on sat morning i was scheduled to be reopened,luckily Fri night my incision busted open releasing the infection, well some of it,,they kept taking cultures and have settled on e coli? i am now at home on bactrin and heavy percocets im in pain and having lots of drainage..i am getting a fever at night, stays about 99.something. when will i get better? anyone been through this ? what a nightmare! if no advise please pray for me! Oh no, Chey! Sounds like you've had QUITE the Castle Trip! I'm so sorry and hope that you're right as rain in no time! Nothing but Healing Time from here on out!

(I'd been looking for you because we had the same op date - I'm so glad you're here on the other side, now!)
