Anyone Had Lavh< Naval Pain At Incision?

I had an LAVH on the 25th and have found that my naval incision is more tender than the other two sites. I have stitches and go tomorrow to get them out. I have some back pain but notice it's more prevalent when I'm not standing up straight while walking. I do have to walk a lot more slowly than I thought I would. Don't over do it!

Anyone Had Lavh< Naval Pain At Incision?

Hi ladies! I had the same surgery and definitely had more pain at the belly button incision than the others. Zowie!! I also had much back ache - especially the first few weeks - noticed it most when I'd spent too much time up and around. Fear not, sisters, it DOES get better!! Today was my 7 week mark and no more back ache and my button is juuuuuust fine!

Good morning everyone,
I also had a LAVH on the 23rd of October. I have not had much pain in my incisions sometimes just a burning sensation. I notice if I lay on the couch or sit too long my back aches so I get up and walk. My dr. said the best thing to do is walk. I have not taken any pain meds because I do not like taking drugs of any kind....I usually have terrible reactions to them so I just don't take them. The first few days were rough but everday that I awake it gets better. Not doing much but walking and little things around the house. Hope you will feel better as each day passes Take care and rest but walk too
