how should i be feeling one week post-op

yeah thats what i'm feeling too, kinda of like littel crampy period pains.

At one week I was till upstairs 90% of the time. I would limit going up and down the stairs to twice a day. I kept my body cushie pillow across my belly whenever I sat on the couch and used my swelly belly too.
What you are feeling is exactly on target. Just don't over do it. I would take the pain pills, forget it was masking the pain and then think I could do something stupid..like go to walmart.
Just take it easy and enjoy the rest.
