Lesson learned the hard way!

hi Janelle, I think about you every day since I read your post. I hope all is well with you and you recover quickly. I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers. I am at 2wks post op, had a TAH/BSO & this hormone stuff is driving me crazy. I go to the dr. 11/20 hope he clears me for the big s but you can bet what will be in the back of my mind the first few times! I am scared but will remain hopeful everything will be ok. please keep us updated on your progress, I read every day, can't seem to get enough of this site. I'm glad we have this place to come & vent & share our stories both good & bad. You take care of your self!

Lesson learned the hard way!

Oh, that is scary! I have my follow-up and exam this Friday and am hoping for the all-clear, but am pretty apprehensive about it still. We had our surgeries the same day - it sounds like your body may have needed even more than the 8 weeks to heal up. Wonder how mine is doing...

Feel better soon and don't beat yourself up over it!! Consider it a life lesson learned and passed on to others!

I just wanted to say that I have thought about you every day as well! I thought I'd be ok to "try" earlier but after reading your story? heck no I won't even try it!

Thank you everyone for the thoughts. I have been away from the computer a bit since I am supposed to be in bed. I appreciate everyone, you all have made me feel much better.
