Finally I Got To Sleep

Hello ladies I just wanted to say I finally got a chance to sleep. I went to see my Dr on yetserday and she prescribed for me Dalmane and I slept through the the night and I so happy. This was after Lunesta, Rozem, Advil PM, Ovaltine, Sleepytime Extra, Hot baths you name it I was up every night either after 1-2 hours of sleep or no sleep at all and I finally got a chance to sleep. Now I hope after getting a few more nights I start to see some improvement in my memory & concentration. I'm really tired of say "I'm sorry what did you say, Or please forgive me what was I say" Thanks ladies for all your suggestion and the wonderful support You are all precious jewels.

I return to work on Monday only 1/2 days memory/concentration thing so wish me luck

Same here, I was at the dr yesterday for my 6wk check up and he gave me a prescription for ativan. I took one last night and I finally had a good night sleep and boy what a difference I feel today

it must be reeealy nice to beable to sleep,and im happy for you, i tried otc tablets callied kalms but im still not sleeping there not making an ounce of difference, maybe ill go back to the docs and ask for something. Like lisaanne2 said, keep sleeping good,
