Percocet at nearly 4 weeks?

I'm a month post op and I'm still taking one percoset a day. If I don't, and I think its due to the whole procedure done abdominally, I can't make it through the day. I usually take it first thing in the morning. I haven't had to use anything else. I've got about 6 tablets left. I don't think you can get addicted if you are taking it for a real reason. If you are in pain, you need to get ahead of it before it gets too bad. That is something I learned the hard way.

Percocet at nearly 4 weeks?

Thanks everyone, for the reassurance's. I've been taking the 1/2 tablet before bedtime and have been sleeping without discomfort. It seems to take longer to fall asleep, I know from past experience that Darvocet makes me a bit hyper, I believe Percocet may do the same, it is better than the sore belly and pain on shifting in the bed however. It also seems to carry through to the following morning, i.e. I am able to move about pain free in the mornings.
