I had the same experience. I strongly suggest that you see a gyno-urologist. The steriod cream you are using will help but it can take over 2 months. I was given a bladder pill called vesiure (spelling?) and it really worked with the vaginal burning and irritation. Also, if you have a University nearby, you could seek help from their women's health centers. They generally can solve these types of problems better than your average gyno.
