Left ovary burning sensation anyone else??

Hi all I am a couple years out now and I am having a burning sensation near my left ovary and I am not sure if I should be seen for it or not ?? It just started I keep looking in the mirror because its right by my incision and I keep looking for an infection to pop up out of nowhere but like I said I had a Hysterectumy like 4 years ago and they left my ovaries ..
Anyone else or any Ideas ??

I had my hysterectomy ihn July 2006/I had a huge ovarian cyst and adhesions

However, I still get pelvic pain (like a period) sometimes,

I have one ovary remaining?

Is this normal?
