I have a delicate question-TMI warning!!!

Hi Sisters,

It has been three months since my hysterectomy. I have had a great healing experience. No problems really. However, I noticed that I had a little bleeding (lite pink) after my husband and I made love.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Should I call my doctor? How could I possibly be bleeding in there? If is pink, then it that means if is fresh blood and not from healing, right?

I feel great otherwise...

Thanks!

I have a delicate question-TMI warning!!!

I am anxiously awaiting any answers to your questions, b/c I had my surgery 8/1 and am having the same thing! I go to the doctor on Tuesday and was planning on discussing it with her. I also feel great otherwise and for the first time in a LONG time no pain during or after.

Sorry you haven't gotten a rely. I'm just over a week post-op so have some more waiting to do! I recall some other posts though and think it might be normal the first time or two. Definitely call the doctor if your worried.

I have a delicate question-TMI warning!!!

At 6 weeks I had some pink bleeding after sex. That happened I think twice. I saw the doctor at 7 1/2 weeks and I had a few stitches sticking out that she had to remove. She said the stitches were irritating the area and removing them should solve the problem. We are waiting a few days before we try again. I'm hoping that was the cause. I would have yourselves checked if it keeps happening. Hope you find out the cause and maybe it's a simular situation that I've had. All the best. Kathy
