Can't stop crying and shaking... feel crazy

Two days with estrogen, still no better.

She said double the dose and write down things that are bothering.

Seemed surprised I am having so many symptoms.

I am so messed up.

I cannot stop crying and grieving like I just made the biggest mistake of my life...

I hate this. What have I done to myself.

I'm so sorry things aren't any better. You can get through this, though. We're stronger than we think -- with your doctor's help, everything will get sorted out, and in the meantime, your sisters here are sending you lots of love, support, and prayers.

Can't stop crying and shaking... feel crazy

Oh, Sweetie!

I'm so sorry - this is exactly what happened to me. I finally went to the ER - don't be afraid to do that if you can't get any action from your DR. I finally went to my primary care GP. He's the one that saw the depression anxiety issue and responded accordingly. I'm finally doing better - please don't suffer with this - keep pushing until you get some relief.

We're here for you.

Blessings

I am so sorry about your experience! I was told it takes about 3 days for the estrogen to work, not sure if that is true or not. Don't be afraid to go to the ER or insist on being seen at your doctor's office. Do not despair there is a way to make this better and if you persist it will happen. You have nothing to be ahamed of. Many of us made this decision because medically it was necessary. Work with your doctors, get this sorted out, and when you start to feel better if you still have feelings of grief or shame maybe you can sort them out with a friend, a pastor, or a counselor. You can always vent here. We are always here for you.
