I love Mike too! What a "harem" he has, LOL! One of his shows involved inseminating a female pig...I am so glad I had watched that one before my surgery because that episode had me laughing so hard my sides hurt.

OH IM CRUSHED!!!! MIKE! OH MY MIKE!!! He is my dream guy, funny smart witty, and SO DANG CUTE!! I love to laugh and had to avoid that while in recovery for the first 2-3 weeks for sure. Weird little pings and pangs happened to me too the first month or so and even now I get a few weird ones. NOT SURE what they are or have been. GOOD LUCK, just rent Dirty Jobs after your start feeling better, another great show that can make you laugh at times believe it or not is Ghost Hunters on SCI FI channel, I laugh so hard when someone gets totaly spooked, man Im bad..

I AGREE!!!! If you do a youtube search you will see him there as a seller on the shopping network and he used to sing there. He was 15 years younger, so cute for sure!

Yes, we laugh a lot in my family, too - my son and I always do comedy skits/change dialogue of things on television and he does spot on impressions/accents of people. I had to honestly forbid him to make me laugh when I came out of the hospital...it hurt so much.

Then I also have an interactive comedy website I hadn't updated the whole time I was in the hospital and I had to go thru entries to pick winners...so I was hoping that they weren't any good ones those times around. Okay, not really...but I think you get the general idea.

Sneezing also hurts after a hysterectomy - but not anywhere's as bad as after lung surgery...I would highly not recommend lung surgery. Ouch. Ya know...I could really go for some painless times again - you never realize things you take for granted like that until after they are taken away. Probably kinda like my ovaries now. Sigh...

I had sever knee pain for 2 months it was terrible, its almost gone now, not sure if he was gout due to taking Motrin so much coupled with cranberry pills to keep a UTI away while I'm learning to fully void my newly tucked bladder, (it hasnt been easy) and I took water pills for my BP. I read all of this can cause gout. But my uric acid was only a 6. You are right I was in bed for recovery for a month and then took it easy for the next month and then STUCK in bed and not able to talk for 2 months with the knee pain. Its terrible! NEVER had such pain, the dr told me it was arthritis, but it happen all of a sudden and it seems now 2 months later, in 2 days the pain went from an 8-9 to a 1-2, that seem too fishy to be arthritis!

I love Mike's droll sense of humor and the looks he gives! My DD has gotten hooked on Home Imrovement reruns. Another bad show because it makes me laugh. Hey, laughter helps with healing though. Keep it up!
