I'm starting to see that my diet has a lot to do with it as well seems I tend to obtain gas a lot more. I finally out myself on a lesser iron pill so at least that isn't an issue anymore.

Good luck everyone, I know one of these days we will find a way to manage our swelly bellies. : )

Good Afternoon
I agree J Colorado diet plays a factor in our recovery. Tomorrow will be my first day back it work- my job is at the airport. It will be challenge to find healthy food for lunch tomorrow -we are not allowed to bring lunch becuase it will be confiscated by TSA. Airport Employees receive 10% discount on all stores and resturants. For instance a salad runs is about $7 . Cheaper food tend to be food that are to be gassy, greasy or fast food. I never eat fast food. Today Iam fine I slept until 8am , I was pooped from ironing my work uniform.

I had TAH on November 19 and I too have had hair problems, extremely soft and fine, not my normal, I actually went on this past Saturday and got in all cut off into a cute layered cut. Feels much better, and its only hair.....it will grow back.
Take care, hope it gets better.

I went back to work on Wednesday and have worked 4 days. 2 more to go til I am off for 2... WHEW!~ I'm Tired. Much more so than before. I think being off can make you lazy, too. But, also due to surgery..

My stomach feels more 'jiggly' now than before the surgery. Almost like there IS something missing out of it! how weird is that? I have a big stomach, though -alot overweight, but never felt like that before.

I had a pain today low on the right. Bad. I feel like I'm going to start my period!!!!!!!! I guess my ovaries are still working like crazy, because I do feel all the old symptoms of the month like I used to. Not that good...... Anyone else who kept their ovaries feeling all that?

Oh, and I had my 6 wk ckup on Wed, and she said I still had stitches, but they were dissolving. I actually saw my first stitch on the toilet paper yesterday! Had a knot on one part of it, so it must have been the end or beginning. She said I have one long continuous stitch that closed the cuff... This was close to an inch long!

Today is my 1st back at work --Good News

Hi everyone,
Today was my first day back to work and I did fine.
As soon as I sat down for my breaks I was tired. I found being on my feet and talking to customers helped
. My co worker was so nice she kept getting lunch for me she didnt want me to walk around the busy terminal. The airport was packed today due to flight delays in the West Coast.
I have Good News -my General Manager went over my manager's head and I will be transfered to another to another location a 15 minute drive from my home to a better position. I was thrilled and suprised. No more long commutes , can wear regular clothes , no more uniforms or 4:45am start time.
In addition I no longer have to work every weekend or come in at 4:45am , now I have a normal shift day time hours and my full time hours has been restored.

Congrats Contessa,

I'm working tonight. Third night in a row. My left groin is killing me. I took two advil and hope that helps. I read that it could be from the bladder sling. I seems like I hurt more when I lift stuff or walk alot. Still had a pinkish discharge after sex too. So I think I'll talk to the dr tomorrow. Anyone else have a bladder sling?

Contessa, congrats on the job transfer and what looks like better conditions. I think the Gen Mgr knew you had grounds to sue.
