Hello! Feeling a little sore from lifting. It's been 3 months. Must learn to be patient with myself. Energy level seems to be picking up too. Been thinking about getting back to the gym but i've lost the motivation and my work-out partner.

Hi everyone!
I hope you are all feeling much stronger....I am now 10 weeeks out. While a lot of things are so much better, I find I still get really tired at the end of the day. My energy level is still not what it used to be, but much better than it was.
I have started walking and want to start excercising. Any suggestions for a good workout program? someone suggested Curves...anyone tried that?
Hope everyone is well!

I did curves a couple of years of ago but could not stick to it. I need to get in shape but I can't seem to get started. My belly is still swelly, I think. I hope it's swelling and not just more fat that is taking over my body.

Hi everyone-I agree with you feeling exhausted at the end of a workday-one thing I learn to do is to pamper myself. Bought really pretty colorful panties...

Hello, I was a late comer to the site but grateful for all the help and information. I am still swelly belly too...still get sore on right side...

I rest a lot more than BS (before surgery), and sure do get tired by the end of the day.

I walk every night 30 minutes, that is the extent of my exersize program at this time !!!

Glad all are doing so well......take it one day at a time

Discharge after sex - anyone else?

Hello to all my Hystersisters, its been a while, finally got back into the swing of life after my Nov 20 Hysterectomy.
I feel great lost 28lbs, my body changed for the better, it was the best decision I've ever made to have this done.
Quick question though: I had sex for the first time and it was slow and gently, but noticed that night, I started having some sort of brownish discharge on and off for 1 day. I kept my cervix.
Anybody else? I'm not in pain at all.
I wish all the women out there the best and my prayers are with you all.

Hi Psynurs:
I had my LAVH on November 26, too. Ihave almost the exact
same problems that you do. Is the right side pain normal or is it something to worry about? It is really a nuisance when I am trying to lift or do housework. I also had my gallbladder out with my hyst, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I also get tired a lot faster than before. I am a classroom aide, and I almost always need a nap after work!
