Hi...

I saw my Dr. for my 2wks post op on tuesday Nov. 27th, and he stated my incision was looking good and i would continue to feel the pain it's part of healing... I inquired about the lump/knot by my incision and he stated it was just blood pockets and they would dissolve as i continue to heal...He told me to put a heating pad on it which would help them dissolve... He also, stated in time the numbness would also go away. Overall, he told me continue to take it easy and still no lifting heavy objects, I can drive but not take a long trip. (Man did he kill that mood) I often take long drives to clear my head... I do feel better now that i have spoken to my Dr..... Thanks to all the ladies who responded to this post. They always say two heads are better then one, in this case 2,3,4,5,10 heads are better.. :-) Take care...

Hi Ladykagt,
I hear Austin is a great place to live and I am going to visit it sometime. I was born in St. Louis too at Barnes. Just love to eat Italian on the Hill and have family in Soulard. I have lived here 21 years and it is home.It sounds as if you are doing great. I have too. Still got my stitch wad.
