I guess my email sounded like I was some athlete. "NOT".

I went back to work part time for a while, now I'm working 30-32 hours a week. And the hikes/walks with the dog are usually about 3-4 times a week.

Something else I started here a few weeks ago is, I started taking sleeping pills. I fought that for what seemed like years, and was hoping that my terrrible sleep would cure itself after surgery.

It didn't, so I went and saw my doc and she prescribed Ambien CR for 3 months. I do sleep alot better, a night here and there that isn't so good, but for the most part, sleep is soooo much better.

What I'm not sure about though is, how lupey, light headed and drugged out they are making me feel. Or if they are at all.

And also, if they are, I'm not so sure I want to give up what I now consider blissful sleep.

I am married also, and my husband is a gem.

It has been nice talking with you, Londa
