Unable to urinate - left hospital with catheter

Good info here....I too have a bladder bag for the next week or so. i was worried that my bladder may get stuck on "vacation" Great - I have so much to look forward to :-)

I've just been rinsing my bags out. I have only used the leg bag twice - when I went out of the house. It is sooo much cleaner for me to use the big bag when empty-ing it out.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone, although i wouldn't wish this on anyone...

Unable to urinate - left hospital with catheter

Hello Everyone, I hope things are looking up for you.

Well I am happy to report that my catheter was removed today and I am able to urinate normally! Yippee!! I finally feel as though I can look forward to feeling normal again. I have some pain, which I am treating with ibuprofen (narcotics make me too ill). I think the gas pain may be worse than the surgery pain.

I hope you all have a very Happy Holiday, with good health!
