Update

Hi Sisters:
I felt pretty good today, hardly any pain. Was and around doing things around the house (nothing major!), and so far, so good. So I guess the Dr was right about something getting pulled. I am just going to take it easy for a while and no more body stretches!
Thank god when my 8 weeks is up I have a job where I can work from home (I am a Realtor in Northern VA).
I don't think I could go back to a regular job at this point and I have a lot of respect for those that do! They say 6-8 weeks, and that must be for those who were in perfect condition before surgery!

Elaine-do you have any symptoms or thoughts of using HRT? I had TAH/BSO and am 47, surgeon told me I had 6 wks worth stored at the time of surgery so I have waited. I have had no bad symptoms, like I know when I ovulated wanted chocolate ate the chocolate. Had symptoms for what would have been a period, a little teary over sad tv, nothing adnormal for me. Plan to test with homopath on Thurs. 30 days since surgery.
Right now I do not seem to have anything to treat. Do you see anything in your experience?

Hi Kasey2:
I have not had any bad symptoms either, but do to havin Endo I can not go on HRT, and if I could I probably wouldn't any way do to all the negative things Ihave read. There are plenty of natural remedys out there which is the way I would go if I need to. But as of right now. I am fine without them.
Hope everything works out for you!

Elaine-I understand from reading Wisdom of Menupause that the adrenals produce test. and the brain and pre. nerves produce prog. I am interested in strengthen their ability to take over for my ovaries than to wear a patch. Since estrogen produced the fibroids and I understand made it almost impossible to control my weight I don't know why I would want very much of it anyway. I have a wonderful homopath that I work with and will see her on Thurs. let you know if anything interesting comes of it.
