You can get an abdominal support binder at CVS, they come in sm, med and lg and cost around $30.00. They are worth the money, they really help out, een if you just wear it when you are active.

For all of you that are bored :smilie5: there's a little entertainment.

I went out today to our new Kroger Marketplace. My goodness that's a huge grocery store. I think I was there for like two hours. I started by getting a coffee in the Starbucks Cafe (inside the store) then browsed through the furniture and home decor section, then off for a little grocery shopping I really, really love the new large organic food section and they have a wonderful deli and international market area now. Gosh, I never thought I could fall in love with a grocery store, but I'm quickly changing my mind

Anyway, I came home, unloaded the car and put the grocery away. DH is working late again tonight, so it's just me and the dogs again. He's been working very hard on finishing a custom paint job on my car for me, trying to have it ready before I head back to work next week, so I've not seen much of him lately. Saturday night he got home about 9:30 and last night I think it was right around there too. The house is kinda quiet when he's not around, and the fact that I've been in it for over a month now (gosh, has it been that long already ) doesn't help matters. I walked a couple miles on the treadmill and did a little workout on my Total Gym, and I've watched every Lifetime Movie ever made. I wish I was more of a reader, but reading puts me to sleep.

And speaking of sleep ladies, taking the Unisom before bed has fixed my sleeping issues completely. I went to bed last night and didn't get up once. I woke up at 9:30 AM cause the dogs started barking (they wanted their breakfast, apparently). I'm so glad I'm sleeping better. That has made all the difference in the world.

Well, I lied, there was a Lifetime Movie I'd not seen yet. I taped it while I was at the store, so I guess I'll go watch that, and maybe so some laundry or something worthwhile.

Later sisters!!

Very cute Blue Willow. I did to much this morning because i woke up with energy, and I knew somebody from the office was bringing me work. I used the vaccum very slowly and I cleaned the kitchen floor with the swiffer. Well i fell asleep an hour ago and just woke up. My DH was upset at me for doing housework but oh well....can't help it. But now it makes sense to me that when the work arrived I had not umph to start working it. Well ladies I am going to make a little dinner and get ready for bed. See you in the morning.

Hi girls. I had a crappy day! Nothing to do with surgery though, so at least that's a plus for a change. I find when I put anything around my belly, even support pantys, I have more pain and cramping, so trying to keep it loose. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the swelling, but since so many of us seem to have it off and on, I'm going to ignore it for now and call it my battle wounds! I still don't have any energy, but life goes on around me and seems to demand I suck it up and do it anyway.

I'm bored though too, and I work from home, so I'm feeling like right now you all are my lifeline to the outside world - other than the grocery store, and my DH teases me that I'm a rock star there, should tell you how much time I sprend there!

I'm praying for you girls, pray for my lab results Thursday too please! Sorry, kind of a downer on this end this evening, tomorrow will be a better day!

Hey everyone...

My day got a little better.. dd and ds helped me make mexican for dinner, which is my favorite. It was nice to all be in the kitchen together talking about our day. dh couldn't believe it when he came in and found such a big dinner we cooked! I'm going to the dr. tomorrow and i'm hoping he might increase my estradiol to make me feel a little more energetic and happier. Luckily, reading on this website, i realize that other women have bad days too and it will all pass.

Maybe tomorrow I will try to find one of those abdominal support binder.. although even my underwear gets uncomfortable sometimes. I can only wear loose fitting clothes at the moment.

Better get ready for Deal or No Deal.....ha!

Here's hoping we all have a good night's sleep tonight!!
