I had a total hysterectomy ovaries and all. I have hope that I will return to better than pre-surgery soon. I had Stage IV endo so I had to have everything removed.

hi sorry haven't been on the boards with the holidays and all! merry christmas everyone.

i started exercising around 4 or 5 months out. before that it was just too much. i find that i can lose weight (lost 20 lbs) if i exercise and clean up my diet. swelly belly is gone now as well. if anything it just takes a little more hard work to get in shape than it did before but it is doable
