I have had lots of pulling sensations on right side and downward through vagina.

In terms of muscle aches, lower back and hips.

I am 5 weeks tomorrow and it seems like everyday there is a new ache or pain or discomfort. I thought at 5 weeks it would be more improvement everyday.

Hopefully soon we will all be feeling great.

Yes, last night was the first night I slept through the night in several nights. Sometimes I wake up a couple of times and can't get to sleep for an hour or more. I hope this soon cures itself

I have had lots of muscle aches and in fact went to Urgent Care last night about my thigh hurting. I thought it might be a clot but thankfully it wasn't. I was embarrased though I have had such a cold and it is better but now today I had a little upset stomach. I have an appointment with my PCP tomorrow for routine stuff but will have him check out my cold for *&^%. My tummy muscles are sure sore from the coughing but the pulling sensations seem better. My surgeon warned me at around 5 weeks internal stitches could start dissolving and could have some bleeding etc. haven't had that but I wonder if the pulling sensations in our tummies might be related to that. I still can't sleep on my left side and if I slept all night I sure would feel better. Okay, now I've vented enough! Thanks for listening.

I hope everybody feels better tomorrow!!

on insomnia.....I went to a new PCP today. It was an appt I had already to switch to him.....did not really need him LOL so we just chatted a bit about my insomnia. He wants me to try Lunesta instead of the Ambien since that is the one that has amnesia type affects sometimes. He has had a pt that got up inthe miccle of the night and made a sandwhich and did nto know it. And one that drove to a twon 2 hours away. So he said to try the Luneta. He thinks when I get back to my routine I may not need it. and the headaches he thinks tweaking the HRT will get that. My cold is jsut a cold and did not need antibiotics at this time.

Today I was helping at a teacher luncheon (not lifting jsut being there) anyway there was ice on the floor and I slipped and if my friend had not stopped me I would have been a lot more sore than I am now. My good side hit the counter and is sore. So no side sleeping at all tonight LOL!

I will need to go see my Bariatric surgeon. One of my old scars is itching and hard all the sudden and seems to have a pokey place. Wonder if it is a stitch that did not resolve that is surfacing. All the other inscisions (I had 6) are barely noticeable. But this one.....is very itchy LOL! So something totally not related to the hysterectomy for once LOL!

Teresa, sounds like you need a good nights sleep!!!!!!! Hope you feel better soon!!!

Hi Everyone!

Donna - slipping on the ice is one of the things I worry about! I sure hope your side feels better soon!!! You are lucky you didn't do more damage.

I went to the PCP for a cholestrol check and he checked out my cold etc. and decided I had a sinus infection and both ears are weird. I hope the antibiotics work soon I'm sure sick of being sick! I wanted to ask him about the insomnia and forgot Might have to get Tylenol PM or something. I have never had trouble sleeping before it must be hormonal.

I'm suppose to work half days next week... I was feeling pretty good when I talked with them about that, I hope I'm ready on Monday.

It's suppose to get real cold again here. I'm ready for some warm weather!

I hope everyone is having a good day!

Teresa, I should add it was crushed ice I spilled....LOL! no chance of ice some have had to deal with here. Was in the 80's again today.

I go to my gyn on wed and we will talk about my return but I am thinking Feb 17th that way I woudl have two days off work a day a day off and work a day then four off. That would be a good way to ease in to my 12 hour shifts again. I just hope I remember how to do my job LOL! My memory is not great now and I am such a space cadette. Can't believe how fast the 6 weeks went!!! When I was first told it woudl be 6 weeks it felt like an eternity!!! LOL!

Ok going to go take a med to go to sleep. Gotta get my mom's stuff moved over (the rest of it) tomorrow.

Donna, that's funny, I just assumed you were in the frozen tundra like me How's your tummy feel today? I woke up feeling a lot better but now am already getting tired. We were thinking of going to an early afternoon movie. I hope I make it!! Haven't done much of anything for the last 5 weeks. Your plan for works sounds good, I can't believe you work 12 hour days! I hope you get to sit down at work. How is it going with your mom?

Well, I hope everybody feels good today!
